Return Policy

When you can return a product

You can return an ordered product if:

1. the product is not original;
2. the product is used or not new;
3. any item is missing from a product set.

When a return or replacement is not possible

1. Labels, price tags or barcode stickers are broken or tampered with.
2. The product, or any part of it, has been used by you.
3. The product has been damaged by you.

Refunds

• Refunds are completed within 15 working days after the return request is approved by Shree Shyam Traders.
• The refund amount is confirmed only after the returned product has been fully checked.
• Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the order — for example, to your credit card if you paid by credit card.

Shree Shyam Traders has the final right to accept or reject a return or replacement request. To start a return, please contact us with your order number.
